What is your policy on product freshness?

We guarantee that all products shipped from our warehouse are fresh and within their 'Best By' date. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact customer service immediately.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes?

Currently, we only ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States to ensure timely and safe delivery of our fragile snack products.
